Arelco's new "Replace In Place" membrane technology allows the membrane to be
replaced Without removing the cell from the paint bath. The Supercell still has the same
strong FRP frame work and heavy duty front mesh to support the new membrane. The
membrane is replaced by simply sliding the anode out of the top of the cell and then
sliding the membrane out of the top of the cell. The new membrane can slide back into the
cell and the anode can be replaced. The total time should not exceed 15 minutes verses
several hours for the old type of cell.

With the introduction of lead free paint the membrane efficiency is now critical to
maintaining the paint bath PH. Arelco's "Replace In Place" technology allows more
frequent membrane replacement Without added labor.
